John 6:35
"I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst!"its that time again...for the slow cooking meals!

I did our first crock pot meal since it started to get a little cooler out this week. It was so fun it warmed up the house and really made it feel like fall! It's a super easy recipe- great if you don't have much time to be in the kitchen during the week!
Rosemary Chicken with white beans
2tbs oil
4-6 chicken breast halves
1 cup carrots, sliced
½ cup celery sliced
1 can great northern white beans- drained and rinsed
½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1/3 cup fat free Italian dressing
(I used a little more than what the recipe calls for on the carrots and celery..I like veggies!)
In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken. Place carrots, celery and beans in a crock pot on the bottom and add chicken. In a medium bowl combine salt, pepper, rosemary and dressing- and pour into pot- stir, cover and cook on low for 8hours or on high for 4 hours (you may need to cup cooking time in ½ because it cooks up a little quicker and you don't want it to be to dry!)

Slave-2-Righteousness!
How cool is this picture it goes right along with this verse! The beauty of being a slave of God! "When you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. But what fruit were you getting at that time from the things of which you are now ashamed? The end of those things is death. But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. –Romans 6:20-23
True Love IS Coming Back!

I have a new favorite song it’s by the Michael Guugor Band. The first verse says this...
“Someday you’ll come
Darkness will seize
True light will dawn, everyone will then see
Everything New,
We’ll finally see you!”
It reminds me of the promises in Revelations 21 “Behold, I am making all things new.”
I can’t wait! I can’t wait to see my Father and King Jesus!
