and
Aaron and Amy 03-07-09

It has been fun going to weddings together now as a married couple and being on the other end, knowing what the bride and groom are feeling that day and knowing what they are going to experience from that day on…Life Together! A Beautiful thing!

Spicy Pumpkin Seeds!

Now that Halloween is over, I'm sure you could find some good deals on pumpkins!!

1 cup raw green pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and lime juice; toss to coat. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet; bake until puffed and browned, about 10 minutes

catching up on blogs!

I haven’t “blogged” in a while because I just haven’t had the chance to get onto a wireless internet service, but this morning we are doing a garage sale for Joel’s parents and they have the internet!!! So, forgive me if I overwhelm you with new blogs but I needed to catch up! :)

change of pace...

Who said you always have to have a spooky Halloween?
My husband wasn’t looking forward to all the little greedy munchkins ringing the door bell all night asking for yummy treats, so instead of hanging out at home we went on a date. It was a nice change of pace for the night!

I surprised my hubby with his favorite cookies for Halloween…

Recipe to come…
